- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon chili powder (optional)

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or optional)
